Lucadamo on the Joe Thomas radio show

November 23, 2015 Sheila Blackford

The Miller Center’s own, Tony Lucadamo, went on the Joe Thomas radio show on November 19, 2015 to discuss Lucadamo’s recent Washington Post piece. The conversation centered around this core question: Can any amount of experience prepare someone to be president? The two discussed the importance of inter-cabinet relations, the politics of foreign policy, the “confidence” factor, national security doctrines, and the interrelationship between the economy and America’s ability to project power. Lucadamo highlighted historical moments from the Carter, HW Bush, and Clinton presidencies that are part of the Miller Center’s Oral Histories
